Movies often catch the public's eye more than any other form of Zombie media. Zombies are very animated things and it is sometimes just too difficult to portray that in a static image or pictureless book. For example, showing the complete an utter devastation masses of relentless ghouls can cause is nearly impossible outside the silver screen. Complementing that, movies highlight the immediacy of a Zombie attack that is largely overlooked elsewhere; when a Zombie lurches forward, steps must be taken without hesitation to avoid a lethal bite, should a weapon be lost, an improvised one must be found before the ever encroaching dead get too close.
From the early years of George A. Romero's Night of the Living Dead right up to the present day, Zombie movies continue their unstoppable push forward. Unfortunately, many specimens do turn out to be groan-worthy shlock but there are a few that deserve a place alongside the greatest the movie industry has to offer.
I'll give my opinion on each I see, though, should you feel strongly about a certain motion picture, why not leave a comment in the section provided. Stay nice and keep harsh language to a minimum. If not I'll be forced to consider the comment the product of infection, destroying it immediately.
Is there something missing? Have I not pointed my eyeballs towards a Zombie movie you think would be worth watching? Clear a path through the infected and head to the Contact page in order to get your thoughts known.
