Super Zero: Badass Journey Into Zombie Awesomeness
DESCRIPTION:
This 15 minute short is insanely awesome, filled with actually-not-bad acting, super funny jokes, some action, the importance of sensible clothes in the Zombie Apocalypse and a tinge of sci-fi. It is also the first in a planned series with a full length movie rumoured. Taking the same thread as Zombieland, it is a comedy with a slightly geeky main character eventually blossoming into a Zombie killing hero. The short begins with the geeky chap being informed of his terminal brain-cancer, coincidentally at the same point humanity found life on mars - total bummer! He then goes into a bit of a depression - quite naturally - saying how everyone else is great and he just isn't. He tries to kill himself but gets it wrong though, by this point, the living dead have risen so suicide does not really seem worth it anymore. However, the doomed comic lover is an incredible engineer and, just by staying alive, he has unwittingly found what he is good at - killing Zombies!
